If you order goods or services, we need information from you that is marked as mandatory in the ordering process (especially your name, delivery address). Further, for the purpose of selling goods or services, we need your e-mail address where we send you an order confirmation, which at the same time serves as a confirmation of the concluded purchase, and a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Claim Rules.
You can also fill in optional data when ordering goods or services. These help us to better and more effectively fulfil the contract. E.g. when filling in your phone number we can send you information about delivery of goods and so on. You provide optional data to us voluntarily.
After you receive the goods, you may receive an e-mail message asking you to rate the goods you purchased.
If you contact our customer service or write a message, we will also process your personal information in this communication.
By completing optional data in your user profile, you will also provide us your other personal information, such as frequently used delivery addresses.

When visiting our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as IP address, date and time of access to our website, information about your web browser, operating system, or settings of your language. We can also process information about your behaviour on our website, e.g. what links you visit on our website and what goods are displayed to you. However, in order to your maximum privacy, information about your behaviour on the web is anonymized and therefore we cannot assign it to a specific user, i.e. specific person.

What is a cookie file?
It is a small text file that is created by visiting every website. It is used as a standard tool for storing information about how our web site is used.
We are able to distinguish (but not identify) individual users and adjust the content to specific preferences. Cookies are important. Without them, browsing the web would be much more complicated.
What are cookies used for?
Cookies serve several purposes. We use the following cookies on our website:
Technical Cookies: We use technical cookies to make our online shop work properly (for example create a user profile, log in and shop for goods and services). Without them, our online store could not work at all.
Functional cookies: Functional cookies help you stay logged in and because of them, you do not have to set your preferences all the time (e.g. setting a language in which our online store appears). Your password is always encrypted because of functional cookies. The use of these cookies is not necessary, but will make your web site and online store experience much easier and faster.
Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies help us improve our online store which in turn benefits you. Analytical cookies on our web site are collected by Google Inc., which then anonymizes these data. After anonymization, it is no longer a personal data, because anonymous cookies cannot be assigned to a particular user or to a specific person. We only work with cookies in anonymous form. Therefore, we are unable to determine from the cookies how a particular user behaved on our site (what sites are visited, what goods are viewed, etc.).
We also use the knowledge of these cookies for advertising and marketing purposes, whereby we may also display ads on other websites which we consider relevant to you. If you want to control your analytics cookies, you can use this additional program from Google.
How you can influence which of your cookies we will process
All you have to do is use one of the common internet browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) with the anonymous browsing feature turned on to prevent your web pages from being saved and processed. You can also completely disable cookies in your browser. However, if you also disable the processing of technical and functional cookies, you will disable some of the features that help you to better experience.
You can easily control the processing of analytical cookies by us if you use an additional program from Google. Unfortunately, turning off analytics cookies will make it much more difficult to improve our online store.
